Think Bank hires Judy Braatz

Think Bank hires Judy Braatz

Judy Braatz, the longtime membership director for the Rochester Area of Chamber of Commerce, has landed a new job in town.

Think Mutual Bank announced this week it has hired Braatz as a business development representative. Braatz's job description includes developing and expanding business relationships.

“Judy has a true passion for people and a proven ability to build longstanding relationships with business owners," said Chad DeCook, vice president of business banking for Think. "She will be an incredible asset to our organization.”

Braatz was abruptly let go by the chamber last summer after a falling out with then-president Rob Miller. On her way out, she wrote a letter to the organization's board accusing Miller of "discrimination and bullying behavior."

Miller resigned amid pressure within days of the letter becoming public. The results of an investigation into the claims against Miller were never made public due a pending lawsuit filed by Braatz.
