Mitzi Baker, director of the Rochester-Olmsted Planning Department, has been placed on administrative leave for an unspecified period of time.
A source close to the situation first confirmed the news to Med City Beat late Sunday evening. The source declined to comment further.
We later reached out to Olmsted County Administrator Heidi Welsch, but she was unable to discuss the situation.
"We take our responsibility with data practices very seriously," she said via email. "We do not comment on any personnel matters."
Baker has worked for the city/county's joint planning department since 1996. She has served as its director since 2014.
