The nine bar themes you can expect to see at 2018 SocialICE
SocialICE returns to Rochester's Peace Plaza Feb. 8-10. The winter festival — which drew 40,000 attendees in 2017 — will feature nine ice bars, each with a unique theme and specialty drinks. The annual event also offers live entertainment, plus special-effects lighting and outdoor fire pits.
