Krupski retiring after more than three decades with Olmsted County

Mark Krupski, the longtime director of Olmsted County's Property Records and Licensing department, is retiring after 32 years with the county.

Krupski’s last day will be May 31. His successor, Mary Blair-Hoeft, started with the county in April and is now training alongside Krupski.

As director of records and licensing, Krupski oversaw many public-facing services, including elections, passports, assessments, and property taxes.

In a news release announcing his retirement, several coworkers commented on the dedication Krupski put into his work.

“It has been a rewarding experience to have Mark as a mentor,” said Katie Smith, assistant director of PRL. “His strength as a leader will continue to show within the PRL department far beyond his retirement.”
