Five things you may not know about Grand Rounds Brew Pub
Grand Rounds Brew Pub first opened in 2015 inside the historic Union National Bank in downtown Rochester. With an emphasis on local, the restaurant pairs a rotating lineup of hand-crafted brews made on site with a menu of artisan pub fare. You can stop in and check out this local hot spot for yourself Monday-Friday beginning at 11 a.m. and Sunday at 4 p.m.
Private dining areas
The historic landmark offers two private event spaces available to rent and customize. The private dining room in the back of the building seats 45 (60 for cocktails) and includes a wall-mounted projector screen and ceiling-mounted project. There is also a large door for privacy. On the basement level, the “Blind Pig” offers ultra-private space up to 30 people. Potential uses for the versatile room are only limited by your imagination.
Brewery Tours
Once a month, the brewpub offers a behind-the-scenes look at how the beer is made. Admission for the tours is three canned or boxed food items that will be donated to Channel One Regional Food Bank. A complimentary brew is included in admission. If you want to stop in as a group, Grand Rounds also offers a full range of beer tasting packages.
Happy Hour
Stop in for Happy Hour every day from 3-6 p.m. for $3 pints and $2 off appetizers and pizzas. Out of appreciation for others in the business, the restaurant celebrates “Industry Night” on Monday-Wednesday. Service industry professionals receive 50% off drinks, apps, and pizzas from 6-10 pm.
Grand Rounds is also proud to support the amazing men and women who keep us safe and free by offering a 15% discount to veterans and active military as well as the family of active military.
