A bittersweet feeling: Thursdays on First and 3rd wraps up this week
The end of Thursdays on First and 3rd serves as yet another reminder that summer is winding down.
Thursday marks the final day of the season for the popular outdoor festival. The free event, which features more than 100 art, craft and food vendors, attracts thousands of people to downtown Rochester each week.
Thinking about heading down? Here's a look at this week's band lineup:
- 5 p.m. Thomas and the Shakes (Peace Plaza)
- 5 p.m. Knu Funk (1st Ave)
- 7 p.m. Trapper Schoepp & the Shades (Peace Plaza)
- 7 p.m Enemy Planes (1st Ave)
As for the weather: Expect cloudy skies with temperatures in the lower 70s. Forecasters are calling for rain later in the evening, but it shouldn't start until after the festival is over.
A bittersweet feeling: Setup is under way this morning for the final Thursdays on First & 3rd of the season. #rochmn pic.twitter.com/2KX01XgFp6
