The Tap House has its sights on a second location

The Tap House has its sights on a second location

The Tap House is expanding west.

The craft beer bar, which has operated along Historic Third in downtown Rochester since 2012, has submitted a site development plan with the city for a second location in the Northwest Commercial Center, near Costco.

The exact location is unknown — and the businesses’s owners, Natalie Victoria and Christine Stahl, are keeping mum about their plans.

They have, though, offered a few teasers on social media. Earlier today, the business posted a logo of “The Tap House West End” on Facebook with the caption: “This. Is. Happening.” No other info was provided. In a message, the business indicated it was still working through some final details.

If current plans move forward, the second location would put The Tap House smack dab in the middle of a bustling commercial area that already includes Five West restaurant and an Aldi grocery store.
