Rochester launches coronavirus hotline

Rochester launches coronavirus hotline

On Saturday, March 28, the City of Rochester is opening a new call center to field questions regarding COVID-19.

The call center will be staffed daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. by employees from the Rochester Public Library. They will be available to answer questions about local response efforts and direct you to resources in the community.

The number for the hotline is (507) 328-2822.

Additional information can also be found at rochestermn.gov/covid1 or mn.gov/governor/covid-19.

As a reminder, do not call 9-1-1 with questions (unless you have an emergency) regarding the governor's stay-at-home order, which begins Friday at 11:59 p.m. Dispatchers have been inundated with calls.
